Do I need to install anything for the demo?
No, we will demonstrate MSPTech remotely over Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. When showcasing the interactions, we’ll use our own data, so you won’t have to worry about revealing sensitive information.
Who should be part of the demonstration?
At the outset, we recommend the owner and account manager roles attend the demonstration, encouraging honest exchange of business challenges and concerns that MSPTech may be able to significantly and positively impact.
How long will the demo take?
Demonstrations generally take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on questions and level of engagement.
Do I need developers to set it up?
No, our onboarding process simply asks for access to your data stores, and for additional documentation such as SOP‘s, SLA‘s, agreements, etc. We’ll work with you one-on-one to collect the necessary API’s and interfaces to get you up-and-running.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You’ll only need our exclusive self-contained appliance if you want your client data kept local due to regulatory requirements. Otherwise, our cloud-based solution means little to no hardware investment on your part and nearly identical uptimes.
